Arto arrived in PE after his owner read about Neverdie purchasing CND on the BBC news pages.  It was only after a while that Arto realised he had existed as an avatar in this universe before, some years earlier but lost the account details after the first robot war.  Arto didn't get where he is today without the help of a lot of good people.  Big props to Entropedia(here), Entropia Forum, Entropia Pioneers, Bob The Builder, JdeGre and CareBear.
